Fill out an application

Filling out an application on-line immediately sends us the information we need to start finding your ideal assignment. However,even after you submit a completed application, you are NOT obligated to travel with us.

2. Meet your recruiter and choose your first assignment

Your recruiter will be your main contact at Advanced Medical. After carefully reviewing your application, along with your Skills Checklist, your recruiter will call to discuss your goals and needs as an Advanced Medical employee. Then both of you will start looking at available assignment possibilities. With literally hundreds of opportunities in all fifty states, your choices are vast.

3.The facility interview

Before your phone interview with the facility, we forward your credentials. At this time, the facility will review your application. If you and the facility are interested, your recruiter will then help you prepare for the interview. A facility representative will then be in contact with you at a designated time, convenient to both parties. Usually the interviewer is a director in charge of the specific area or department in which you will be working. At this time, any questions you may have regarding the facility, should be asked.

4. Accepting the assignment

Congratulations! You've gotten an offer and chosen your first travel assignment as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist. Now, Advanced Medical will assist you with locating Private Corporate Housing close to your chosen facility. If housing is not a requirement, a generous allowance will be agreed upon at this time. 5. Pack your bags!

Advanced Medical will be with you through every step of the way. Starting with the arrival to your area of the country, through the completion of your chosen assignment. Your recruiter will stay in touch to make sure everything is just as you wanted it to be.
