Your hourly rate will vary depending upon the state, facility and setting you choose. Advanced Medical's goal is to pay top dollar, 'where we save - you gain.' Working with Advanced Medical, entitles you to a weekly paycheck, with all appropriate taxes and deductions being met to the legal specifications of the county and State you are currently working. We also carry your Workers Comp. Professional Liability, General Liability, and Unemployment Insurances.

What pay will I receive?

Advanced Medical provides competive hourly rates, the tax advantage plan as well as housing. As a traveler you can elect to receive our housing allowance or we can provide you with private corporate housing (fully furnished and all utilities paid.

When and how will I be paid?

For your convenience, Advanced Medical offers direct deposit on a weekly basis, or, if you'd prefer, a live check can be mailed. The choice is yours. Our pay period runs from Sunday to Saturday.

Can I receive travel reimbursement?

You may be eligible for Advanced Medical's travel reimbursement allowance. Please call your recruiter for more details.

What happens to my benefits if I move from state to state?

Your benefits will remain the same. We offer healthcare coverage through United Healthcare. The UHC PPO option is available nationwide.

Does Advanced Medical offer cash bonuses?

Select assignments offer a completion bonus! The bonus is contigent upon several factors including location. Ask your recruiter for more information. Certain restrictions will apply.

If I refer a friend will I receive a referral bonus?

Yes! You will earn extra cash when you refer a peer! Through Advanced Medical's 'tell a friend' program, receive cash for each Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist you refer. Earn $500.00 upon completion of the therapist's thirteen-week assignment or after the referred therapist works 500 hours! It's that simple!

Are my hours guaranteed?

On select Advanced Medical assignments; if you are 'called off' work due to a 'low census,' (or for whatever reason) you will receive payment for the hours previously assigned. Always be sure to call the office before leaving the facility. This does not include the employee calling in sick, or offering to 'go home' or 'leave early.'
