Can I work in an assignment for longer than 13 weeks?
Yes, some contracts will be for 26 weeks or longer and many facilities offer extensions. If the client would like for you to stay longer you can. The choice will be yours.
Can I stay permanently with a client after I have completed my travel assignment?
Yes, all of our staffing contracts give you the ability to go full time at the facility you take an assignment at. If the client would like to hire you permanently, we will be happy to assist with this process.
Will I have to work with different recruiters when I change assignments?
No, you will work with the same recruiter that hired you for your entire employment with Advanced Medical. Even if you work one assignment on the east coast and another on the west coast, you will not be expected to change recruiters. Your recruiter is qualified to market you for assignments nationwide.
Does Advanced Medical have assignments in different settings?
Yes, we have assignments in settings such as outpatient, hospital, sub acute, inpatient rehab, pediatrics, skilled nursing, and more. We contract with all types of customers throughout the United States, so our travelers enjoy a wide variety of assignments and locations.

From prestigious teaching facilities to small community hospitals - in big cities to rural settings - positions are available in almost all specialties and shifts. Can I travel with a friend?
We encourage it! Traveling with another Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist whether they are a spouse, significant other or a close friend will allow you both to share the experiences of a lifetime.
